Been driving by a Super H that has been sitting out for sale for 2 weeks now so going to go look at it. Are H parts as easy to come by as parts for a Cub?

Yes, parts are readily available. Ignition parts, gaskets, seals, etc., from local auto parts store. Engine overhaul kits from auto parts store or on line venders.

If you don't have their catalog, Valu-Bilt, has a free one. Not that you have to buy parts from Valu-bilt, but it's an excellent resource.

Thanks, kind of excited to go look at this. Only live on 3.5 acres and love my Cub, but Grandpa had H's and M's and this one may be a good deal. Hopefully everything is ok on it.

Yes, one of Ih most popular tractors, they are all over the country both running and in salvage yards for parts. I have one in my tractor shed my Dad farmed with for 45 years, and I learned to drive on. I have more hours on that tractor than I can count, and I owe getting it back to members of this forum.

Next question, how do you go about mounting a belly mower deck to an H? Seen pictures with them on but haven't seen one of the back end. Assuming there is a mule drive similar to that like a Cub involved?

I am able to keep my H and my B busy on my 4.2 acres pulling out stumps and dragging felled trees around. You have plenty of room to play with your H. Plus it goes fast enough to fairly safely cruise down the shoulder of the road (with good lights, SMV sign, and good visibility).

EDIT: Note that I do not see and of the lift and support bracketry that mounts to the frame of the tractor in that listing.

Well ends up my tractor identification from the road skills need some work. Pulled in to look and it was a Case tractor not a Farmall. Oh well.

Well never give up, may have paid off. Found a 300 that looks really nice only 45 minutes away, if the guy still has it will be going to look at it, also has a belly mower.
