Potential B w/loader purchase
I may go look at this B. Seller sells it runs good and starts easy - he's used it for the last 5 years, but don't need it anymore and says it's just taking up space. He's supposed to send me videos of it running, driving, etc., as it's a fair drive for me, 6 hour round trip.
Also, I could use some info on the loader and if it's an IH one, or home made, etc.

The loader is a Wagner, I believe. Not sure of the model.

The seller sent me this video.
https://youtu.be/9l2JzIyPxM0
Asking price is $1100. It won't fit onto my trailer, but I can get a 16 foot trailer, but it only has two ramps and I think I need a third ramp.

I agree - I just need to locate a trailer, big enough and with enough ramps, to load it and haul it. After using John's Cub with loader, I been wanting a tractor with a loader and this B popped up. I will need some rear wheel weights probably.

Re: Potential B w/loader purchase
Three ramps are not entirely necessary if they are short enough. I loaded/unloaded my B using this technique on a stock car trailer with removable fenders.

Yeah, I seen another video of someone unloading a Farmall F-20 using two ramps - I just don't think I'm that good, especially considering I won't be familiar with the B.

Re: Potential B w/loader purchase
I have loaded and unloaded a Farmall H that way, but a B with a loader is going to require a good bit of arm strength. LOL
I have another question, considering this is going to be on short notice, with not enough time3 to order any special hardware, how do you tie down the front of a B? the rear is no problem.

If you are not part of the solution,

There are some tapped holes in the front casting. I threaded in a couple of tie-down rings.

Off hand, do you know the thread size of those tapped holes?

better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it...( YES this includes CUBS! )

And by "standard" thread, I would assume - coarse thread? 10 threads per inch? or 16 threads per inch....

John and I are going after Saturday, if all goes as planned. Let's hope there are no hiccups in our plans.
