I will get it up on the left side on blocks and get pictures. It will be later in the week. Work the next two days. I'll shoot for Wed. if no rain.
"What you have is an International tractor, using an aftermarket 2-to-3 point conversion, pulling another brand plow (looks like the Ferguson plow I learned to plow with). Bottom line is nothing you have is designed to work together, therefore, adjusting your plow does become much more challenging."........ I agree with you. You are also right about it being a Ferguson plow.

Adjust the tilt of the plow with the leveling crank on the right side of the hitch. Working from your second picture, it looks like you need to lower the right side until the bottoms are even, both touching the ground. Then adjust the top link until the landsides are level front-to-back. If anything, the rear of the landsides could be a little lower than the front. Readjust the leveling crank if necessary to even the bottoms up again. (Do this with the tractor on the wood block.)
This would be a lot easier in person.

Re: International 460 Utility 2 point to 3 point
Many years ago I had a Farmall 340 with a factory 2 pt to 3 pt hitch adapter just like this picture. Never had a problem with a plow, post hole digger, rotary cutter or any other implement hooked to it. Note the short special top length was attached to the top of the yoke. The tilt used the same crank as a 2 pt hitch. Really easy to hitch to an implement. Just back up to the lower pins and raise up and snap in place. You still had to get off and attach the top length as with any 3 pt. It was really built very beefy and rugged. Never bent it and I tried hard to abuse it and it held up very well.
The only drawback was some implements did not have the correct spacing between lower link pins, as the adapter was also a fixed dimension. I used it for more than 20 years and was very happy with it.

Re: International 460 Utility 2 point to 3 point
The leveling crank is maxed out. The right plow is up about 1/2 ". A measurement from center of the upright back to the center of the pin holes of Big Hoss's 3 point adapter would be a great help. After studying this thing all day "in the rain" I think the distance from the tractor to the pin hole is too long. I need to confirm that or rule it out.

Nelson,
You might want to take a look at this manual for the Ferguson plow. http://ploughmyfield.com/files/Plough%20Service%20Manual.pdf Could be some helpful information to help you sort out your problem.

Your right adapter is made of 2 major pieces that are bolted together. Is there any adjustment in how the two pieces are bolted together?
I think you may be on the right track with the position of your top link forward pin. Dimensions from Bighoss's hitch wouldn't be helpful as the top link is a different design. You need to work through all the adjustments before modifying any parts.

Re: International 460 Utility 2 point to 3 point
First of all thanks to everyone for trying to help with this plow problem.
Special thanks for the manual for the Ferguson Plow, I have down loaded it and will read as soon as possible.
Its still raining in central Va. so I can't do any thing for a couple of days. But I can read.
The leveling adjustment has a locking collar at the top, but so far I can' get it to move any.

I don't think you need to move the collar. Just turn the crank counterclockwise, if it hasn't already hit the limit.

Re: International 460 Utility 2 point to 3 point
It has hit the limit. It should screw down to set a new limit, so far I can't turn it. I'll try and work on it over the weekend.
I'm hoping the set screw has just marred the threads some. My son and I should be able to move it.

Re: International 460 Utility 2 point to 3 point
i experienced the same problems with some of the implements after I made a set of conversion arms for my SC. The arc for the top link isn't right and I could never find the sweet spot on a set point. I ended up putting the top link connection on the arms themselves with a 3 point rack i had laying around. I have the quick hitch on in the picture but I don't use it for my rear blade or rake or dirt bucket...I could get each of them set but raise or lover an inch and the pitch would be off.

Loosened collar on right, but accomplished nothing. I was able to raise the left side some. Arrow

Re: International 460 Utility 2 point to 3 point
Is the left of the tractor still on the wood block? If so, it looks about right to give it a try.
It looks like you have more than one location for pinning the front of the top link. Move the link down to the lowest hole.

Yes wood block 6" high still under left wheel. Will move top link to bottom position.
