We got this about 1 week ago. Kids enjoy it. Runs good but has a later front end and will need new front tires. Otherwise starts easily.

Re: New 1928 Regular
Nice. Congrats. I have been drooling over the Regulars and F-Series recently. I found a project 1929 Regular on CL for $550, but with the width at the rear of 99 inches, I don't have a big enough trailer to go get it, even if I get the CFO's (the wife) approval.

It looks like your Regular has a more narrow tread at the rear. I like it. Again, congrats on getting one.

Yes, it's a narrow. I did not know that when I got it but the serial number says soas it has an N at the end.
Also my oldest and I changed the oil thinking the oil filter had been added only to find no oil filter in the dome as a 28 should not have a filter.

Check this facebook page out?

I believe you have to join, but I added some files there though not too many on the Regular, mostly on the F series. Also, I added some files here on the pdf manual section that might help a bit.

Re: New 1928 Regular
I have been trying to find more "stuff" on the Regular, i.e., brochures, parts catalog, manuals, etc., but I haven't found any yet online that I can download. I did find a IH catalog from 1927, that I uploaded to that facebook group page above.
