I wanted to take dad's '48 cub to the BarnyardBash, but my siblings scheduled a reunion at my sister's house in Zanesville, OH with the purpose of going through some old family photos and documents.
I had always assumed that dad had farmed with horses and mules until they moved to the small farm where I was born and bought the cub. As it turns out, his first tractor was a Farmall Regular as far as I can determine from the included pic.

This is my dad and older sister and brother sitting on the Farmall that was sold along with the farm in October 1945. I was born right after they moved to the smaller farm in January 1946. I can't be sure when the Farmall was purchased, but it was sometime after 1940, because they did use horses to farm with and sold them with the farm.
Here is part of the sales document that lists everything that went with the farm.

There's no way to determine what happened to the Regular, but now I'm thinking that I need to find one for my collection.
