Good Morning!
I am new to this forum. I was told that someone on this site might be able to help me. I have a very cool billboard Farmall Cub cut out. I think this was used inside a store for display. I search high and low to find any information on it. A few people said they have never seen anything like it. I am trying to find a date-era on it. Its a really cool piece. It has some issues but overall I think it will display nice. As you can see in the picture is huge. This has to be used as display to get people inside the door. Can anyone help? Any information will be really appreciated.

If the cut out was produced by IH, it may have some identification (usually on a lower corner) that may pin down when it was made. Need to see a picture.
The "Img" button only puts image tags in your post. You need to have the image visible somewhere on-line then add the image address between the tags. An easy way to get image visibility is to use the "Upload attachment" tab on the page where you enter the post. The image needs to be sized about 500K or less (480x640 usually works). I don't recall right now, as a new user you may not yet be able to upload a picture. Here is a thread with more details on picture uploads http://www.farmallcub.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=76847

Looks like you got the hang of posting pictures. If there had been a document ID, it would have either been next to the "litho" notation or on the opposite corner. Evidently there isn't one. It looks like early advertising for the Cub. The 2-wheel farm trailer didn't come out until 1950. So it is probably from 1950 or a little later.

I think it was a billboard stand. The back looks like it has a stand..cardboard. I think it was use as a stand because the back looks like it would stand up.

What a splash introducing yourself to the forum! Welcome!!
Nice poster. I've seen various versions of the Cub character in IH advertising, your style of bear, then these...

Would be interesting research to see the changes in the advertising Cub display over the years. If you have any questions, let us know.
Again, welcome to the forum!

Thanks! I bought it at an estate sale. There is a guy who told me that he has only seen one before. That it went for big bucks a few years back. I guess its a rare piece, one that is hard to find this size. I am trying to put a value on it but its hard to say. I will try to post more pictures of it soon.
