I bought a patient lift, kinda like a mini cherry picker. It should be handy for lifting engines, decks, or even one end at a time I suppose, of a Cub Cadet.

I have one of those, slightly different than yours but pretty much the same thing. You're right, it is quite handy for those small lifts, when I don't want to drag out the big cherry picker.

I bought a engine hoist at pep boys on sale for $125 with a $20 rebait.
I'm technically misunderstood at times i guess its been this way my whole life so why should it change now.

I also use mine to lift the front of my zero turn mower for cleaning and changing the blades.
