Yes I do need to have some weight on the front of the tow tractor to help keep it from tipping backwards.
The towing arm is attached to a Cat.0 to sleeve hitch adapter and the tow arm is a truck lift purchasde from Harbor Freight.

What you are seeing is the mounting bracket for the snowblower & snow/dirt blade.
I have the blade on the tractor in the photo, but it does not offer quite enough weight to keep the front end planted on the ground all the time.
Yes I do need to have some weight on the front of the tow tractor to help keep it from tipping backwards.
