Hello.
I having trouble removing right front wheel from my cadet 127. After 33 years the stock tires finally went bad. (Quality issues)? I have all ready replaced the left side and it was pretty much straight forward.
The right side is being a real bear. I notice the wheel bearing has three circular sections to it and the inner one is hanging up on the axle. It is actually sticking out farther than the other sections of the bearing.
I removed the tire from the rim just can't get the wheel off.
I was just wondering if there is anyone out there that has had this particular issue and what was the remedy? Does it involve getting a bigger hammer?
Thanks for your time.

I think your bearing broke and dug into the spindle. You can disconnect the tie rod end and pull the spindle with the wheel on it to work on it. Might need another rim & spindle.

Basically, yes it involves a bigger hammer. Over time, the bearing will rust to the axle stub if not removed and greased periodically. Try some PB Blaster or other GOOD penatranting(sp) oil/fluid and then use a hammer and brass drift to drive it off. The wheel may come off the bearing, and the bearing will probably have to be replaced anyway.
