The elk on the far right looks nice and fat, you could have an elk roast at your next cub fest

I checked the internet for elk season in Colorado. Nope, out of season. Crop or property damage, reason for taking one elk??? Probably not.

Some folks in Linn, Mo. area use to raise elk. For a couple years I would purchase $100-/$200- in elk meat and give to my folks as a Christmas present. Folks really like the meat and decided to purchase some local/central Iowa elk meat. Something wasn't right with the Iowa grown elk meat. Folks asked me not to give them any more elk.
I have an excuse. CRS.

Choot 'em! :)

I'd grant landowners the right to do what they want with wildlife that tresspasses on their property, especially the ones that jump established fences!

Probably too much roundup ready corn in the Iowa elk!

Look at this fence jumping elk! It wont make that mistake again!
