Here is a link (I hope) to The Old Farmers Almanac planting guide. In the search engine, type in your zip code and it will give you the planting guide for your area. Doesn't list all plants but might be helpful. While it gives moon signs, you can take that or leave it, but it gives the time of the year for the different crops.
