Try mixing in a dollop of the surfactant (grease cutting) type dish soap. I put Eraser (generic Round Up) and 2-4-d both in my sprayer at reccomended settings, along with a good squeeze of dish soap for use on Multi flora Rose, and poison ivy, etc. and it works great. Only time I have had plugging problems was when I forgot and left it in sprayer over the winter and it left a layer of white in the bottom. No matter how much I washed, it still had problems. Since it was a cheap 2 gallon sprayer I finally junked it.
