Bearing for the fan has some play. Pushed bearing out of hub but pulley is stuck on the bearing shaft.
Any tips on getting pulley off the shaft?

I've never had one apart. From the parts catalog, it looks like there is a snap ring. If so, it has to come off first. Beyond that, heating the pulley hub should help.

The snap ring retains the outer bearing in the hub and is mostly a safety thing I think. Getting the shaft pushed out of the fan pulley is the difficult part.
I have it in a press now soaking with penetrating oil. It will come apart, we just know exactly when. Radiator is at shop getting checked out. Think it is time for a new copper core. Thanks for reply.

Ooo new copper copper core. Rubbing fingers together. Hope it doesn't hurt too bad. Don't know exactly when but it is going to. Best to you and find a wonderful machine near the end of your work.
