Many factors such as condition, location, and implements determine a fair/decent price.

Based on the information provided, ??????????

I started looking for a 3 point assy 7 or 8 years ago. In the beginning rough ones could be found for 5 ot 6 (hundred) A good complete 7 or 8. with in the few years the price just started climbing. (and harder to find) I'd say a a compleat one w/cylinder & lines in good shape would be $1,000.00 or more. I ended up buying another tractor with complete system on it. (including hyd splitter valve)

OH! I read the original post as the price for a complete 154 with 3-point.

As IndyFord2 suggested, it's less expensive to purchase a tractor with the 3-point.

I have a 154 with a complete 3-pt on it and a blade on the front. never did get the 3-pt. switched over to the 185 and probably never will.
Finding a 154 with a 3-pt is not going to happen around here!--none to be had! This is the only one I ever seen. I know of a dozen 154/185's but none of them have 3-pt OR creeper gears on them.
In other parts of the country, they may plentiful but not here!

I have a 154 with creeper and 3-point. The creeper is very useful, use if frequently.

Just my opinion.

The 3-point is kinda useless. I don't have any 3-point implements. I tried to pull steel T posts with the 3-point. Didn't work so well, actually couldn't pull some posts that I easily pulled by hand with a post puller.

I think there are better uses for you money than purchasing a 3-point to be installed in your 154.

Not sure I could live without my 154 and its 3 point. I use it a lot to move trailers! I also have a engine hoist I modified to use on the 3 point! And if you have the plow, a creeper gear and the tiller, you have a dirt moving beast!
