Low boy 154 steering bearing cup ?
see picture attached .. is that the bearing cup in the picture ? If so. How do I remove it? I have not been able to get to move from the top side. Also, can the steering tube be removed from the housing ? Thanks, JE

I can’t quite understand your picture? Location? Bottom? Back off farther and take a pic.
I'm technically misunderstood at times i guess its been this way my whole life so why should it change now.

Yeah, I've had mine dissembled to straighten a bent steering rod, but can't grasp what i'm looking at.
