Could be the same one... I had also seen this, or one similar, and it certainly impressed upon me the need for proper weight distribution.

The one I saw had an open utility trailer, not an enclosed, horse trailer looking one. This one that you showed is a bit longer and is done at different speeds. Both videos are informative though.
