Convotherm ovens

Shot in the dark, I know. But would anyone here have experience working on convotherm combi ovens? Could sure use some help. So many wires and electrical components and safeties in this thing

I just googled it. There are manual, error codes and a bunch of you tube videos.

Thanks for the reply, and though it seems like a lot of stuff out there, there’s not as far as actual service. Believe me, I’ve looked. There’s one pretty good video on the convotherm4’s, but not on the earlier convotherms.
