My cousin just died of the disease, she was the sweetish soul , my heart just aches , of all people , her dying of it . I know God has a plan . I am searching for the reason for her early death . I will find it . Do not let" modern life" drown out what is Important. Coppersmythe

So sorry Val. My Granddad had it and maybe my Dad in his final days. It scares the hell out of me that it might find me some day.
You’ve got to know though that the suffering has ended. Remember her in her better days as that’s what defined who she was not the short period of illness.

Condolences and heart-felt sympathy to you and your family at her passing.
My mother died of dementia about 3 years ago. It's tough watching a loved one go through it.

My mother died of it. Darci’s sister died from it. And I have some dear friends whose mother is going through it now. It’s a horrible disease. I’m sorry for your loss, Val.
