On Saturday we put her in a clear "bubble" tent in her driveway in her favorite chair with two heaters. There was then a parade of cars led by 6 police and public safety vehicles. Followed by about 70 cars of her friends who dropped off cards, waved and left with a birthday cupcake (200 were passed out). The end of the parade was a fire truck with lights flashing and several more police cars. Mom still lives at home with home health care during the day. I hope I inherited some of her longevity genes. Waiting to see the segment on the local TV station.

With all that attention, it sounds like she had a wonderful birthday.
