It was a really nice first spring day here in my part of Missouri. A bit cold to start the day, 23 degrees, but it warmed up nicely throughout the day.

Same here, started out pretty chilly but by mid afternoon, it was really nice. We had almost no wind, that really makes a difference. This morning, the sun is shining and the flag is dead still, looks like another nice one.

Yes, I remember, in the mid 70's, getting stuck, on the highway, in a foot of snow, in April! I used my wife's prized floor mats, under the tires, to get myself out.

Last evening, I took a look to see how close my street is to straight east-west. The sun should set right in the middle of the street. A few clouds partly obscured it.

Looks like it lines up fairly well.
This morning, I noticed the sunrise directly east of our house. Interesting to see how far the sunrise/sunsets travel between north and south.
