I remember years ago when everyone on all the tractor groups online were going on and on (and on!) about Kroil but for cost and availability, I like Liquid Wrench pretty well. The only thing I've ever found that worked as good---maybe better---was Agco Panther penetrating oil. Its foamy which seemed to work well on parts where a regular liquid would just run off.
