Doesn't the PM recipient get an email saying they have a PM? I do, but maybe it's a SETTINGS option?

That has to be selected in the User Control Panel by each member:

That was done a couple times so I was looking for another way so it wouldn't have to get read by everyone again.

I have mine set up that way, if you don't use them very often or not waiting for a PM its easy to overlook you have one. Setting up your email that way is a good reminder.
