Cannot Clear PM INBOX

This site is sooooo frustrating. My PM Inbox is full and I cannot clear it. What is the secret ?
The information available through this Forum is invaluable but access is cryptic. A simple delete function should be just that, simple..

When you open your in box you will see check boxes at the end of each topinc. Check the boxes and go to the bottom right where there is a drop down box. Open that box and click on "delete marked". Then click go. It will ask to verify and when you click on yes all checked post will be gone.

No need for frustration, just ask!

Couple options..

When the PM is open, hit the "X" top right, it will prompt a "do you want to delet this", hit "yes"...
OR, at your in box menu, on the right side, select the ones you want to delete, then at the bottom right, hit the drop down box and select "delet marked", it will prompt the "do you want to delete" again, hit "yes"....

If you want to clear all of them, at the bottom right corner below the box are mark all and unmark all buttons. In the drop down immediately above the mark all is a drop down where you can select Delete marked. If you want to save some of thme you can select the Mark All then go ack and click the individual ones you want to save, which will unmark them.
