Thanks Dennis, I have Edge so I will switch to IE and see what happens. I also have the same problem with my news sites.
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

For those who have taken the plunge with Win10, you can create a shortcut to IE:
1. In Cortana, search "Internet Explorer"
2. Right click on the "Internet Explorer" link and "Pin" to "Start" or "Taskbar" or both.
That will give you two options for websites.
NOTE: In Edge you can also open the current site in IE by clicking the ". . ." menu and selecting "open in internet explorer".

Re: Goes to bottom of page
Well, I have tried IE several different times and every time it runs very, very slow each time. It is quicker to wait foe Edge to go to the bottom. The biggest irritant is that when a page opens for me to reply to a post I have to wait for the page to go to the bottom before posting. Currently, when a page opens it looks normall for about three seconds before it goes to the bottom.
Several time I have started to type my response and then lost everything because it suddenly went to the bottom and refreshedt the page.

Bill, I can't replicate what you are experiencing on your computer. It could be a browser plugin. Does Timewarner provide you with anti-virus software? Try updating it. One long shot possibility, try a different mouse (it could be a bad scroll wheel)...

Dennis, I use Norton Antivirus. Not sure about Time Warner's.
The issue is only on this site and a couple of my news sites. All other pages open fine.

Something of interet, I just finished a malware scan. the results said no affected files found. However, the problem seems to have gone away.

That's odd. Keep that anti-virus software running

Re: Goes to bottom of page
Cub Hut or Barnyard are you still having this issue or found any solutions ? Mine is getting worse now. My wife and I have separate accounts, she is not having any issues on her account with the same lap top. That seems odd, and I would think a clue perhaps for someone smarter than me.

My problem is now sporadic. Sometimes it is okay and others it isn't.

Laptop? Possibly touching the "touchpad" by accident? Since you mentioned this is an upgraded system (8 -> 10), Microsoft updated a lot of the drivers and not all of them are certified by the laptop manufacturer (you must visit their web sites to see if W10 is supported on your device).
I mention this, because my older Lenovo laptop touchpad changed drivers to a completely different method after upgrading to W10. The scroll bars on the edge of the touchpad no longer work and I must use two fingers to scroll on pages. It may also have the sensitivity set to low for your typing (look in settings).

Re: Goes to bottom of page
Dennis,
I made a discovery after you mentioned touch pad...
I always use a cordless mouse when on our laptop, I tried using the touchpad only and the jumping to the bottom and areas missing text or pictures stopped happening completely. It worked flawlessly, I could not make it do what it does when using the mouse? Like I said earlier my wife has no issues with anything on her account using the same mouse and laptop.
Hope you can make something of this.
Tim

Logged into the computer with separate accounts or sharing the same one?
Do you use any browser plugins/toolbars/etc?
