Hello, I’m new to this board it looked like an informational one so I’ll give it a shot. I just purchased a well used I believe model 100 manure spreader. Which I thought was complete but now finding I’m missing the gears and chain for the rear auger piece. Are the Manuel still out there either copied or original or does anyone have one I could photocopy or download I’m not sure how this all works. Any information you could give me would be great
Thanks

Joe, If you click on "quick links" upper left of the page, then "PDF Manuals", then "Farmall Cub", then "Cub attachments", then "spreader, carrier" at the bottom of the list; you'll find the manual.

That’s great, thanks
Now , I’m assuming they don’t make parts for this anymore so is it vital the auger turn at a certain speed or just turn . I can probably retro so gears and chain from work to make it work.
Thanks!!

You might want to place a "wanted ad" in the Vine forum in case someone has a parts spreader.

Re: Manual for model 100 manure spreader???
If I recall, the auger is geared to turn with the movement of the wheels. Once the lever is thrown in place to activate the gears, the faster you go the more RPMs at the auger.
Like Bob said, someone probably has a parts spreader. Put a request in the Vine section for any parts you may need.
