Another BIG THANKS to Mike (Cubfest Host Par Excellance), Debbie (best banana puddin' I EVER ate), Karen (Mexican feast AND breakfast Quiche among the many things she provided), and John (Supervisory Capacity). Had a wonderful time workin' on Cubs and gettin' tired and dirty. Thanks to Bob McCarty for his carb magic on my late model (8/'77) IH carb, we even got to test it on a Cub. Thanks to all who provided door prizes which included alternator brackets (Mike), water resistant shifter spring kits (Bob) and "International Parts Service signs and a couple of McCormick signs as well (Stanton). This fest just gets better every year! Art--we missed ya' get well soon.
Made it home about 7:30 last night, sure enjoyed visiting with everyone thanks Mike, Johnny and Miss Karen for a good time. It just took one large strawberry milkshake to make it home.
I want to express my “Thanks” to the hosts of the Northeast Oklahoma Cubfest. Thanks Mike, Debbie, Johnny, Karen and Art, you were really missed this year. Hope you get to feeling better and back at it. The food was great as usual. There were a couple of Cubs that went out the door running great thanks to everyone that pitched in to help. Thanks for the prizes! My new hat is a great improvement over the one I had when I got there. Hope to see you all next year.
Hi Guys! Just returned from another successful Cub Fest at Farmertan's in Dewey OK.. It was a great weekend and many thanks to Mike and JP and everyone that had a hand in pulling it off. We had a great time working on cubs and just seeing old friends and making new ones. Looking forward to next year already!
