I will be departing for RPRU six weeks from today; yeah, it's that close. I wonder if it is possible for us, as a group, to display together or, close to each other. I have the 10"x20" pole awning and a farmallcub.com banner I can bring.

Past experience dictates that you should contact the event organizers, to see if they will assign a dedicated space.

We had our meeting today and a canopy will be fine. We can set it up anywhere in the tractor display area. The only stipulation is that before any stakes are driven in the ground, we need an electrician from the fairgrounds to mark/check for buried electrical lines. Look for someone wearing a yellow vest.
