Thanks for the Rocky Mountain CubFest!

Postby Barnyard » Sun Sep 12, 2021 3:24 pm

A huge thank you to Sue and Bob McCarty for another great CubFest. A lot of work got done, many renewed friendships as well as several new friends made. And the meals, Wow, Sue and the ladies did a fantastic job putting that all together.

A special thanks also to everyone who helped me with a very bothersome Cub. Now that we think we know what the problem is I will begin to take the front cover off the engine.

We left Saturday at 3:15 pm and arrived home around 3:25 pm today (Sunday). Not too bad of a trip. We had a four hour rest half way home.

I look forward to seeing you all again.

You kept showing up at every rest stop we were at. You should have kept following us, you would have been home by 1:10 pm. :D

That's alright Bill on following. I didn't want anything to happen like the last time we went to RMCF. Still had a great time.

I would like to send a “Big Thank You” out to Bob Sue for hosting the “Rocky Mountain Cubfest”. It was a great event. Thank you to Sue and the ladies for keeping us well nourished with some very fine food. Thanks to Val for the Cajun shrimp soup and the Boudan. Last but not least to William for the great Blackberry pies, Cowboy cookies and limeade. Much work was done and lots of fun was had. The weather was great. It was a pleasure to be a part of this wonderful event. Thanks to everyone who helped me with my tractor to breath some life back into it. Until next year, Frank
