Wow, what a great time we had. The shop had five Cubs in the shop at all times getting work done. We even had a waiting list for others waiting for an open spot. Other work was going on outside. It was great seeing everyone helping each other with their respective projects.

The ladies did a tremendous job with all the meals. I want to thank them all for helping Rosanne prep those meals. Trying to feed so many folks is more than one person can handle. The ladies joined in and did great.

I would like to thank the guys whole helped with getting things together, like sweeping the floors, putting up the dining tent, as well as tables and chairs. It seems like somebody was always restocking yhe fridge to make sure there was plenty of cold pop and water on hand. You are much appreciated.

Lastly, I cannot forget to thank Gary Dotson and Steve Buttram for taking on a non-Cub project. At our October 2022 CubFest they tore down the motor on my BN. After diagnosing the problem they made up a parts list. I ordered new pistons, sleeves and assorted gaskets. The Bash 2023 they started installing those parts. Then in October 2023 they did more work and Gary took the head home with him to do a few things to it. There was a lot of little things they had done to it as well throughout the last few CubFests here and there. This weekend, the reworked head and the rest of the parts were installed. Saturday morning that BN sounded like it just rolled off the assembly line. There were several others who helped them here and there as well, I thank the also, But Steve and Gary committed themselves to this project. That in itself shows how these friendships form.

We plan to have our Shallow Creek CubFest in October, so keep a eye out for the date to be released a little later.

Thanks, from Bill and Rosie!
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.
