Finally got around to check out the tractor. It is a Farm King as T-MO suggested, a Hydrostatic 16. I didn't misunderstand him, he did say Storm King originally. I did buy it even though I didn't hear it run. It has carburetor problems. He did get it started in between the 6 hours I looked at it and got back to pick it up, but wouldn't start again when I got there. It had a recent engine and starter/generator overhaul, new battery and new front tires. It also came with a 48" Warn electric lift front blade, a 42" home made back blade a 42" mower deck and tire chains.
I haven't found anything on the tractor serial number yet near as I can tell 16145 and I haven't tried to check the Briggs number Model 326431 Type 0204-01 Code 7601211

You can find manuals on line, I believe. I had some, but deleted them when I didn't get the one I was looking at.
