Does anybody recognize this Brass Pump

I was sorting my scrap brass and copper for sale someday when and if the price goes up when I came across a neat looking old brass pump. From the plate it shows as manufactured by Hydro Engineering Incorporated Mpls, MN. Looked a little online and saw a brochure for sale on EBay for a Hydro Engineering “Tractor Pump”. Also saw this same pump I found on a site apparently for sale but it didn’t list a price or where it was used.

Does anybody recognize this pump or know where this was used?

Looks like pumps I've seen used to pump fluid into tires.

You’re probably right. It was mounted on a short piece of 2X6. It had steel pipe fittings attached.

I had 2 of them at one time, used mine to pump water to the garden from tanker. ---finally wore them out after many years use. Have no idea of the intended use.
