John Deere B Front Wheel

I've got a 1946 John Deere B that has 15" front wheels on it. My question is Are the fifteens correct or should it have sixteens on it?

If I recall, they're 16"...

5.00-16 0r 5.50-16 is supposed to be on a 46 B JD
