If you do a search for "Stihl 090 parts", you'll get several sources for parts.

I’ll try. At one time it was Stihl’s most powerful production saw. You wouldn’t believe how hard it is to find helpful info. Even from dealers. Need to fine me a retired Stihl mechanic.

The local auction near me just sold 2 Stihl 090 saws. I think they went for around $1100.00 for the pair and they were both stuck and wouldn't turn over with the rope starter.

Ya! They get crazy prices for them, even the junk ones. A lot of the guys over on the Arboritsite have them and know all about them. Just join up and ask away!
