Re: Owners Manual, IH trailing corn planters
I have the earlier model 106. Would be interesting to see the difference in the later 240 model, which I believe is almost the same but the hook up is different. From the old horse pull to the tractor pull.

The manual will be scanned (as time permits) and placed on the FORUM manuals.

I am looking for a IH 10 Drill manual. I am thinking about buying one, someone painted green.
Any idea on when this was made? 59-69? SN H 11581 18 X7"

You sure that's a corn planter? Rows look awfully close together to me.

Re: Owners Manual, IH trailing corn planters
I guess you are right, more of a grain drill. The guy said he had planted corn with it as well.

Re: Owners Manual, IH trailing corn planters
Probably more useful for planting small grains like oats, wheat, barley or rye.
