I just bought a remanufactured clutch for a 49 CUB from a CASE dealer and the clutch levers or fingers do not appear to be level. Is this a problem.
Below are two pictures of the levers with the throughout bearing sitting on top which shows how out of level they are.
I also have a picture of the note inside the box that claims they are correctly set to OEM standards.
Any comments would be appreciated.

Bolt the pressure plate to the flywheel then check the finger height.
If out of adjustment you will need to melt the Loctite and readjust.

I have an excuse. CRS.

Thanks Eugene
I was sure they should be level and was really surprised they were not.

So far, Paul and Ringo have arrived. John and George were supposed to follow ages ago, but apparently have gone awol. Long story. - Circle of Safety: Y

I believe I have read on here that on some of these, the finger height has been factory-set, but for a different tractor.
I think I have heard of some arriving set at 7/8”.
Once it is mounted to the flywheel, they should all be set at 1-1/4” for a Cub.

If you don't have the Service Manuals for your Cub, you may download them for free. They are located via "Quick Links" in the upper left corner of your screen. Hit that and a pull-down appears where you'll find "PDF Manuals". Through that link, you'll be able to download an Owner's Manual and any service manuals that interest you. Implement Manuals are also available.
Yes, all the clutch fingers are to be the same height/distance. Otherwise they'd tear up your throwout bearing in a hurry. Be sure to double-check any advice received on the Forum with your Service Manual.
For reference, here's a How To on clutch adjustment: http://farmallcub.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?f=141&t=6994
