After a replacement sediment bowl/strainer leaked , I went to a ball valve and gravity type filter on the 48.
Be mindful of heat or friction if you have flex hose. I slit larger hose to fit over any potential friction spots and kept clear of the manifold.
Shutting /opening the ball valve is quick. No , it's not stock.
