I'm working on refreshing my '51 H. I removed the nose and thought I probably should take a look at the upper steering gears on the bolster as long as it was off. Glad I did. It all looked fine when I removed the top plate, but when I took the plug off, well, I counted only seven bearings still in the race on the steering worm wheel shaft bearing. Not good. This tractor is new to me, so I haven't driven it much. I did have it in the field for a couple of hours a week or so ago and didn't notice any problems with the steering. I wonder where those missing bearings went? Okay, here's my question: is replacing this bearing fairly easy? And does anyone have the part number for the steering worm wheel shaft bearing?
The first picture is the top of the steering gear and the second one is the steering worm wheel shaft bearing;

The Parts Manual has it as ST 225 BT. It's #22 in the illustration below:
If you don't have a Parts Manual for the H yet, go to this link and scroll down to the bottom 25% of the page and find "Other International Harvester McCormick-Deering Farmall Tractors" heading. There you will find the Parts Manual for H-HV.

Thanks, Stanton. I will do that. I found a pretty good Steiner video of how to fix that bearing too. I appreciate it.
