Refurbishing a sickle bar

This is a Youtube channel I watch every week, simply because I really appreciate his craftsmanship. This week he made a detour from his usual activities and refurbed an International 1000 sickle bar. He really fine tuned the ledger plate adjustment in a manner I have not seen before. Take a look and see what you think.
