Re: Splitting a B
I split my B a few years back. Here are a couple of the posts I made documenting what I did and what I found. I repurposed my wood splitting stands that I made for Cubs and reinforced them. They worked great. Then I used an engine hoist to deal with the finals and rear end.

I do not know of a particular kit for the A/B trans rebuild, so you will have to order components individually. I encourage you to shop around, first with the site sponsors, and then with some of the alternatives as prices vary wildly. I ended up getting a lot of my new parts from Steiner Tractor and some good used replacement gears from Rusty Acres Ranch (https://vintagetractors.com/ihcabctrans.html).

Re: Splitting a B
I bought a trailer jack that had dual casters, then took a 1/2 inch steel plate and bolted it to the trailer jack. Drilled holes in the 1/2 plate to match the torque tube on my B, and bolted it to the torque tube. Use a cherry picker for the front and split the tractor. It went amazing smooth and easy. I'm going to modify it to fit my Cub when it needs splitting.
