Does the Woods RM 42 have a ratchet clutch?

mine does, I think it was the up to the way it was ordered as I seen them without also

did they have a different clutch or no clutch?
When you only have 9 horsepower you need to know the names of all of the ponies!

I have only seen the one clutch that is built into the pulley or it just had a regular pulley

I have a c-2 that the PO welded the clutch together. I did not like it at all and replaced it.
I also have a 140 with a pull behind mower no clutch and it really will push the tractor. I got one of those PTO clutches. I really do not think it is safe to not have a clutch on those types of mowers. It is not a big deal with the finish mowers but it is to me with the single spindle mowers.
