I have found Zenith are cold blooded, all of mine no matter what time of year need 10 minutes to get warmed up and they run crappy cold, after 10 minutes they go like hell!

I would agree but all 3 of mine have Zenith Carbs on them. The 100 starts right up. Well did, untill today not sure why it took awhile but it didn't need to warm up like the Cub and 300 do.
