Torque tube mounting bolt size

Postby Workinprogress » Fri Feb 11, 2022 8:24 pm

Working on the rear splitting stand and just noticed the lower bolt size seems to be 3/4” while the upper one seems to be 5/8”.

All these other bolt holes seem to be 5/8”.

Didn’t know if this is correct or if someone enlarged the bolt hole. A 3/4” bolt threads in easily but seems pretty loose.

EZ lok makes a solid insert that you could use to reduce the size back to 5/8" if you want to do that. They come in thin, standard, and thick wall.
