Regular/cutout /switch question

Postby 41AinVA » Fri Jul 01, 2022 5:05 pm

41 a
Someone switched it in the past to the 50’s regulator that mounts on the generator
I have the 4 way switch that was used with the cutout

Any issues using the cutout switch with the voltage regulator or?
Thanks

The voltage regulator contains a cutout switch that disconnects the voltage regulator from the battery when the battery voltage is higher than the generated voltage. Basically disconnects the battery when engine is off.

Your 4 way switch is not needed to control the voltage regulator. Need a switch to control the lights.
I have an excuse. CRS.
