Woods Mower information?

Does anyone have any information on woods serial numbers?

I have a woods mower with a brass plate on it that reads
Woods
Model 42 Serial 47

I would like to know what year this Mower was produced.
Any information would be greatly appriciated.
1948 fcub Ser# 56129 with woods mower $350
1968 cub Ser# 231005 still running good $300

Being blessed by God with 2 great kids, a beautiful wife, and 2 cubs.

WOODS EQUIPMENT HAS A WEB-SITE WITH A CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER. THEY WOULD PROBABLY BE YOUR ONLY SOURCE.
