Missing Plow Spacer
Somehow I seemed to have miss placed the square spacers for my plow/leveling blade that go into the square holes in the bolster. Can I get someone post the dimensions so I can have a buddy fabricate me a set. Thanks.

Re: Missing Plow Spacer
Sure does, thanks. Looks like 1.5 " square by .75" thick with a 5/8 hole is recommended there.

1 1/2" square is right but they are 2" thick.
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

Re: Missing Plow Spacer
I'll probably just end up buying a 2" set if they're that cheap. Thanks. Also, the ones I lost were closer to 3/4 than 2". In all my googling I'd never seen a 2" set until opening that link above.

Re: Missing Plow Spacer
Early blades did have a thin spacer, but the later (thicker) ones are much easier to install properly.

Yes, and they work much better.

Re: Missing Plow Spacer
On the older plow we had when I was a kid, the spacers were 3/4" thick. Always thought it would have been good to get some square tubing or round pipe or even just a big piece of angle iron to put between them to keep them out near the end of the square hole in the bolster.

The extra length of them helps spread the load and potential impact shock over a larger area.
