You can call John Brillman at https://www.brillman.com/ and most of the time he will answer the phone. When you describe your application, he will make sure that you will get the correct wiring harness.

It's likely the original electrical system.
A "conversion" typically consists of replacing the cutout with a VR, and doing some minor rewiring.
Yours has all the correct parts for a VR system. It is very unlikely that someone went to the trouble of carefully replacing everything to the point where you couldn't tell it from a factory setup. There is always some form of cobfoolery in a conversion.

I'm going to jump on the Brillman band-wagon... I used their harness to rewire my Cub last year, and am very pleased with their product.
