Postby Bill Hudson » Sat Jul 03, 2021 5:28 pm

Folks,

I dont know the model, but is it a Fast hitch, tool bar, or a mounted planter?

Can not really tell in the pic.

That rear hopper looked like a Ford planter?

You have your work cut put for you on this one Bill.

Looks like a date with your computer and duckduckgo pics!

I casually looked up ford, covington and dearborn, and nothing jumped out at me!

Did you get it?

If so, lets see what the planter plates look like! :)

:Dito: I thought it might have been a Massey or Allis Chalmers based on the paint and looked. Some where close.

What do the plates look like? I am curious what it is

The seller is going to dig the planter out and get it in the sunlight so the we can look at it closely. I'll let you know what I find.

If it is IH, the one at the top of this page is one that resembles it quite a bit. I hope the link works.

The verdict is in; it is not an IH planter and the make is still a mystery. Out in the sunlight, I could not find a logo or name of any kind. So the mystery continues. Oh, I passed on the package deal.

Still a planter. Looked like a cool item. But if we can't figure out what it is, if you ever needed anything for it, it might be hard to find parts for it. Of the price was right I would of grabbed it. Something else to play with
