Hello all! My SiL lured me into this IH tractor world by offering to drive one of his beautiful tractors, a Cub, in a town parade, with kids on a float in tow. I'm a hobby-level automotive wrench-turner but had never driven a tractor before. I was super impressed with turning radius, and realized this would be a way cooler way to mow my lawn that whatever tool I was shopping for before, and be useful for other things. So after I began shopping for a Cub of my own, he offered to sell this one to me, that he had performed a deep restoration on. It runs like a dream, and it already tricked out with wheel weights and liquid solution in the tires. Moving my modest lawn with it is a hoot, and now I'm looking for other things to do with it.

Welcome to the group.
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

WELCOME!
After your 2nd post, you'll have access to all the downloadable manuals, via the Quick Links (above left).
Suggest reading at least the Owners/Operator's Manual.
And check out the HOW TO sub-section...full of great info!
Be advised...these little guys are addictive, with NO known cure!!
Pretty soon you may find yourself a member of the MCC (Multiple Cubs Club)!
