Front wheels

Postby Cub Addict » Fri Mar 29, 2024 10:01 pm

Has anyone tried number series loboy front wheels on an F-Cub? I'm looking for some width, and didn't know if they would clear the tie rods.

She'll still be mad at you, but you'll have a new cub.

the 5 lug on 4.5" bolt circle is popular for lawn tractor rear tires/ wheels. viewtopic.php?f=1&t=94076&hilit=front+wheels

I had an IH 1000 loader on a cub and used the wider wheels and tires as my front end tended to sink with any type of load in the bucket when operating with the standard tire.
When you only have 9 horsepower you need to know the names of all of the ponies!

That's where I'm at. I just mounted my IH 1000, and definitely need something wider up front

you will be a lot happier with the ih1000 on a A-140.
