I was going through some of the old pix of my uncle's dealership and something caught my eye in one of them. Does the left Cub in the second photo appear to be a trimmed dash?

There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

Looks that way. There doesn't appear to be enough material at the top of the support to reach the normal location of the front screw.

Well...I'm curious about the "trimmed dash." I assume there is a reason this was done but I've not been around these tractors very long.
